Please read these terms carefully before using VerseWise. By using our app, you agree to these terms.

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VerseWise ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. VerseWise is operated by Tranquility Pages ("we," "us," or "our").

Description of Service

Free Features

•Interactive Bible study lessons with fill-in-the-blank exercises
•Multiple Bible translations (KJV, ASV, WEB, BSB, LSV)
•Study progress tracking with XP and streaks
•Offline access to downloaded content

Premium Features (VerseWise Pro)

•Study Circles for group Bible study
•Advanced study content and expansion packs
•Cloud sync across devices
•Available via monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription

User Accounts

Account creation is optional. You can use most features of VerseWise without creating an account. If you choose to create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, you are responsible for:

•Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
•All activities that occur under your account
•Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription Terms

•Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
•Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account
•Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
•Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew

Refunds

•Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play)
•Contact the respective store for refund requests
•We do not process payments or refunds directly

Acceptable Use

Guidelines for using VerseWise responsibly

You Agree To

1Use the App for personal, non-commercial Bible study
2Respect other users in Study Circles
3Keep shared content appropriate and edifying
4Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Actions

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Redistribute or resell App content
Share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to circumvent security features

Intellectual Property

All content in VerseWise, including but not limited to study materials, lesson designs, graphics, and user interface, is owned by or licensed to Tranquility Pages and protected by copyright laws.

Bible Text

Bible translations included in the App (KJV, ASV, WEB, BSB, LSV) are in the public domain or used under license. These texts may be read and studied freely within the App.

User-Generated Content

When you share insights, reflections, or other content in Study Circles, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to display and transmit that content to other members of your Study Circle.

You are responsible for the content you share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is reported as inappropriate by other users.

Disclaimers

"As Is" Service

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or its features.

Study Content

Content is for educational purposes only and not a substitute for pastoral guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tranquility Pages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
