Scripture Brain ("Scripture Brain," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Scripture Brain mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Scripture Brain is memorization first and works fully offline. You do not need an account to use it. We only collect data when a feature requires it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We collect information only to make features work.

Account information (optional). If you create a cloud-sync account, we collect your email address through Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email and password. Cloud sync is an optional, paid feature. If you never sign in, we do not collect your email.

Your study content (optional, when sync is on). When cloud sync is enabled we store the study content you create so it can move between your devices: memorization progress, verse collections and folders, notes, highlights, and preferences.

Groups and Circles content (optional). If you join a group, we store a display name you choose, an optional profile photo, your group membership, and the reflections or questions you post. Shared photos can be reported for review.

Purchase information. When you subscribe or purchase, our payments partner RevenueCat processes your subscription status and a purchase identifier so we can unlock the features you paid for. Payment card details are handled by Google Play, not by us.

Notifications. If you enable notifications, we store a push token so we can send reminders you have opted into.

Diagnostics and analytics. We use Google Firebase to collect crash reports, performance data, and aggregate usage events so we can fix problems and improve the App. This may include device identifiers.

• To provide and sync the App's features across your devices.
• To manage your account and your subscription entitlements.
• To send notifications you have enabled.
• To diagnose crashes and improve performance and features.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the App:

• Google (Firebase) for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
• RevenueCat for subscription management.
• Cloudflare for backend hosting, sync, and Groups data storage.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Data is encrypted in transit. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App.

• You can use the App without an account.
• You can clear your synced data from within the App.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data. See our account deletion page or contact us at the email below.

Scripture Brain is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above.
