These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Scripture Brain mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Scripture Brain is a Bible memorization and study app. Some features are free and some require a paid subscription or purchase.

You do not need an account to use the App. If you create an account for cloud sync, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Paid features are offered as subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and offerings may change; changes will not affect a term you have already paid for.

You agree not to misuse the App. In shared Groups and Circles you agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You retain ownership of content you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it to deliver the features you use.

The App, its design, and its bundled study resources are protected by intellectual property laws. Biblical text and third-party resources remain the property of their respective owners and are provided for personal study.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or that content is complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scripture Brain and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
